Rick Santorum- Phenomenally inspiring personal family story and one of the strongest pro-family/ pro-life candidates and the only candidate with the courage in the debates to expose Romney’s unilateral, illegal and unconstitutional implementation of same-sex “marriage”. (which the “fair and balanced” media have just coincidentally ignored).

But his endorsements of pro-aborts Arlen Specter, Christie Todd Whitman, and the Founding Father of same-sex “marriage,” the $50 co-pay abortion, and socialist healthcare, Mitt Romney (over significantly more conservative Mike Huckabee, in 08’) is really tough to swallow. 3 endorsements of liberal pro-aborts is 3 too many in my book.

ON ABORTION:

Glover: This issue has dogged you in the past.  When you first started coming to Iowa commercials were run against you accusing you of being a pro-life fraud because you had supported Arlen Specter and Christie Todd Whitman.  How do you defend that?

Santorum: Well, I supported Christie Todd Whitman over a guy by the name of Jim McGreevey who some now know who got thrown out of office, he actually became Governor of New Jersey later on…In the case of Arlen Specter, look, I made a prudential judgment.  We were at a 51-49 majority in the United States Senate at the time that Specter was up for re-election, President Bush was up for re-election in 2004 and we knew that there would be two to three Supreme Court nominees that would be coming forward in the next four to six years, four years, under President Bush…

Rick Santorum is the GOP equivalent of the Commie-in-Chief. Rick Santorum’s was a champion of the pro-life community who elected him Senator.  Once elected he proved to be a sell-out. He endorsed the radical Arlen Specter in the Republican Primary against Pat Toomey who is not only staunch social conservative [ CCL: ??? ] but a proven social conservative. Pat Toomey barely lost and could have won without the interference of Santorum. Additionally, he crossed over into NJ to endorse and campaign for Christie Todd Whitman in a Republican Primary against Murray Sabrin. Santorum chose the most radical Pro Abortion Governor in the history of the United States over a strong conservative Pro-life Candidate. The candidate he endorsed was infamous for a VETO of a bill that would ban Partial Birth Abortion.  That is who he endorsed over a strong pro-life fiscal conservative.

The Tea Party will pick the next Republican Nominee for President and and Tricky-Ricky will not even get an invitation.

“If that was the only regression it might be overlooked.  But the most pro-abortion governor that has ever held that post is Christie Todd Whitman.  She appointed the most radical judges to the New Jersey Supreme Court.  New Jersey passed a Partial-birth abortion ban, and Christie Todd Whitman vetoed it.  It was overridden by conscience (even the Democrats supported the ban), but Whitman’s extreme court ruled that banning partial-birth abortions was “unconstitutional.”  That is definitely a Republican the party could do without, so in 1997 when Whitman was up for reelection she had a strong challenger.  Murray Sabrin picked up the gauntlet, and challenged this extreme Pro-Abortion Governor for the Republican nomination, knowing it was tough to knock out an incumbent in a primary.  Despite the difficult challenge, Sabrin was climbing in the polls and putting Whitman in jeopardy.  So who comes to the rescue of this extremist Pro-Abortion Governor?  That’s right – the poster child of the National Right to Life, Rick Santorum.  He came to New Jersey to campaign and endorse Whitman who eventually got the nomination by a small margin in the primary, and Santorum made the difference.  He is a fraud.”
